It can simulate on-site working conditions in the laboratory for circulation or online continuous processing, featuring high efficiency, homogeneity, and no dispersion dead corners. Equipped with an original German motor, it operates more stably with lower noise.
High-speed motor, optional stainless steel jacketed working chamber or glass working chamber. The high-speed rotating rotor cooperates with the precision stator working chamber, relying on high linear velocity to generate strong hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, which fully disperses, emulsifies, homogenizes, pulverizes and mixes the materials, finally obtaining stable high-quality products.
